About Odane
My name is Odane Harding, a Sales Representative with Royal LePage Signature.
At an early age, I realized hard work and tenacity were the catalysts for making dreams come true. That led me to start and operate small businesses; landscaping, paper routes and finally in college, my business acumen evolved into buying and selling items to my peers.
I also learned at a young age the value of owning property from my Great Aunty. This added to my entrepreneurial spirit that led me to invest in several properties and also inspired me to complete my first property flip. It leaves me with a great sense of satisfaction being the key person involved in assisting my clients with purchasing a home that they love.
Having an understanding of client needs has been translated into my professional real estate career. I ensure my client’s interests are protected and that they achieve the best possible results.
I work diligently to stay in tune with new trends and technologies in the real estate market. However, my main priority revolves around keeping my clients happy and comfortable. I work to achieve this by maintaining open communication and establishing trust at all times. This, in turn, awards my clients the transparency to witness first hand all phases of the process, the avoidance of unexpected surprises and to instill a sense of inclusion in such a momentous occasion.
Another important component is that of Education. This lays the foundation needed to build a great career. Amongst the vast array of post-secondary programs and courses I’ve completed, the most rewarding was graduating with honours from the Real Property Administration Program provided by the University of British Columbia through Seneca College. This was where I honed my skills in extensively appraising and assessing all aspects of Real Estate.
My education, integrity, and passion combined with my experience in investing in properties will help you achieve the results that you desire in real estate.
